all of ZA, unless you -plan- on going to a malaria area, and that's only certain parts of the Kruger National Park, or Lake St. Lucia[1].    same for EG and MA, iirc.  i've never needed vaccinations for Nairobi (in KE) either, though, i think, you're advised to have yellow fever.  it was about us$7 for a 10yr innoculation, when i got mine earlier this year.

oh, and MU.  small island, middle of indian ocean.  very popular with tourists, and people seeking tax havens.
*that* would be a stretch to travel to though...

JNB, CAI and NBO are also accessible from most major airports, or have a direct connection, which beat 14hr flights anyway, imho. [2]
