Support! I was once in a crypto conference with a Beach-Barbecue in Santa Barbara.
That is a splendid experience.
But be sure to take your coat, it's cold at night even in August :-)

Fully support. I'm sure the work will be progressed more smoothly in the beach. 
It is also convenient for people going from northern California where all these companies are located to southern California.
