The IAOC is actively looking at possible venues for future IETF 
meetings in many parts of the world. We are constrained by many 
factors including availability during our (fixed) dates, cost of 
meeting facilities, and many other factors.

How can you help?  Find hosts and sponsors!  It is always MUCH easier
to have a meeting in a place where there are "folks on the ground" who
can provide assistance, funding, circuits, etc, etc.
