I'd love to see one in South America. For the hub pickers, GRU, EZE, SCL
and LIM have more than adequeate connections to North America and
Europe, and SCL is quite convenient for Australians as well as SCL and
EZE are reachable in a single leg from Sydney and Auckland.

All four cities have adequate venues and, with the possible exception of
GRU, all should be relatively cheap.
