Or, instead of making the IETF as boring as a Zoom meeting, we could educate non-native speakers in the subtle art of making fun of pompous idiots in English which, I am pretty sure, is an universal concept that transcends language.  We did that for the IETF dress code and many other peculiar things that are specific to the IETF.  Leveling up instead of down.
