Sure. 5% of chapter member input would be much more diversity than what we have now.
Also, this is more about asking about the desirable english langugage terms
even outside of RFCs. And i am sure there is a much larger amount will speak
english as a second language.

Are all ISOC pages available in spanish and chinese ? Just wondering as you
said many members do not speak english.. Ok. offtopic ;-)
